Fit Trips offer two workouts each day. A morning beach or poolside workout, and an evening yoga practice.
Beach or Pool Morning Workouts: These workouts alternate between total body strength conditioning circuit formats, and cardio challenge workouts with walking, running, sprinting and other fun things.
Evening Yoga: Our daily yoga is a power vinyasa flow in the method of Baron Baptiste.
Be prepared for 5 days of double workouts, and one mid-week restoration day with an optional gentle yoga practice.
All fitness leves are welcome on a Fit Trip. We have two highly skilled and experienced trainers and groups are created as needed based on fitness abilities and individual goals.
